Joseph Ortiz was amazing,had great communication and was very helpful.
He kept me updated when he got the car to the dealer and sent me a text with the contact information of the person in the service department that was handling my car.
And highly appreciate the courtesy that I received from the tow truck driver.
I went to Acura the next day just to make sure all was well, and they informed me that yup, that patch was good.
Everything was handled professionally.
