The owner and staff are very personable and honest. Ol Reliable (a.k.a. Betsy) as I call her was “sick” and I'm not talking cough and runny nose I'm talking at the brink of no return. I was feeling the crushing sadness of having to say my final goodbyes but no A&G rescued my sweet Betsy and brought her back to roaring life. They are fair and honest, and though the repair is costly it was expected with how sick she was. with this economy and the funds I had to play check book chess with I'd rather the problems I know vs. the unknown. I didn't have all the funds out the door so I paid half at the time of diagnosis and set up a payment plan that was feasible enough that I can still keep food in my kiddos bellies. Life comes with twists and turns and the unexpected it's nice to know...

My vehicle was taken immediately into the shop and shortly after, the owner Steven, came out and informed me I was definitely in need of brakes and took me into the shop to see and feel my rotors.
Then pet their little dog while you relax in a recliner chair eating the complimentary snacks and drinks.
In fact, There was a defect in a part that they had previously replaced and they replaced again at no charge for parts and labor.
Great staff and got us right in and out

I had a really great experience from the moment I walked in the facility actually from outside a gentleman waved at me hello and good morning come to find out it was the owner Steve then I proceeded to go inside, and the staff was awesome.
Would recommend, I showed up with out calling ahead or an appointment to get some wheel bearings pressed on a very busy day.
