They were booked through thanksgiving but went and asked one of their mechanics and boss to see if it would be ok for me to take it still and get it fixed later.
I've dealt with other mechanics before and I've always had a bad vibes with them, but not here.
Sherry was very upfront immediately about the price of the work done on my car and detailed why, while be incredibly polite and professional.
She did a pre purchase inspection on a car I was considering and was so thorough and fair and helped me evaluate my purchase in a way I couldn’t have done on my own.

Sure, replacing 21 parts that keep the wheels attached to the frame, the frame off the concrete, and the ability to steer and brake isn't cheap, but there was no better VALUE than Addison Automotive.

This place is truly a hidden gem in Addison and even though I lived a ways from this location (Denton), it's priceless to me to have a car service place that you know will be honest and provide your car with 5 star service!
I had a horrible experience at Toyota of Richardson and went to Addison Automotive and they did the door lock repair for half the price.
