The customer service to the work that is being done is the best, the normal Industry Standard is normally sub par, but this place is 99.
Took my 2003 VW GTI in for what I assumed was a transmission failure, week of New Years Eve, they took the car in, and called me a few hours later and told me it was the axle and not the transmission, much to my relief.
