Turns out it was a thrust bearing, that had shredded because I kept driving it, in fact I drove it to Diel's shop, it is a wonder I made it considering the state of my transmission.
Dail rebuilt my 4l80 in my van, 5 speed in my isuzu, and 4l60 in my s10 and none of them have given me a bit of issue.
Follow up, picked up the jeep today, delivered for the price promised and got it a day before expected.

I don’t usually leave reviews on places of business but I just have to say that this place is phenomenal I mean I was excepting so much more trouble but no this place had my trucks transmission removed from my truck torn down and repaired and then installed back into my truck all within maybe a week the prices are the lowest I’ve found in this area and the customer service is amazing.
Runs like a bat out of hell now.
Nothing is ever simple with our trucks but they nailed it in both of them.
Dail, on the other hand, he will "show" you what the problem is, how much it would take him to fix it, and return the old parts so that you knew for sure that part is replaced.
