Great wash and so convenient!
Always leaves car spotless and provides clean vacuum hoses!

I did have to call customer service but they were very helpful and solve my problem.
Easy to use
After I returned and read the signs and followed the instructions it was as easy and provided a better clean then the old Carmel in Roanoke that recently got sold.
Had to call customer service twice, person answered very quickly both times and "walked me through" how to wash my car.
You just need to make sure you follow instructions and stop, let the wash complete and drive out slowly for thorough dry.
