During the shock of hearing I’d incurred a $2300 bill I was also told of a split axle boot, ball joint and need for a transmission flush (it had a used transmission installed a few months ago, and very well could need a flush).
On the way home to repack the truck, my belt broke and I was close enough to the shop that they had me come right back in and took care of it immediately even though it was so close to closing time.
While we may not have always ‘liked’ that we needed to have work done on our cars (who does?), we have always been satisfied with the outcome.
My husband's truck was having a issue which we thought was the alignment, we've had it at other shops who never saw the actual problem.
