These folks fully understand the customer centric business model and I've given that compliment only 3 or 4 times. ... ever. .. in 57 years. Being a techie, I really like the way they have automated EVERYTHING. You get emails when your maintenance is complete with all the details and recommendations and an online opportunity to get a quote on them as well as make appointments for service.
