Dispatcher pleasant and professional with excellent customer service telephone presence answered questions and provided me with information so I could coordinate and call back later to arrange tow. Second time calling later to actually schedule tow, second call taker/dispatcher was equally polite, professional and great telephone customer service presence. Driver "Joe" was pleasant, polite, and careful! Great company ambassador! Overall excellent service, and was super fast! It is no surprise my Auto service resource: Casey's Automotive in Streamwood has chosen to have a preferred relationship with this towing (all flat bed) service provider who they refer to casually as "B&K towing"! Was one of the best such experiences I have had in 40+ years of being a towing consumer.
