He then called to tell me what happened, a spark plug blew out, and about half hour later called to update me on why it happened and diagnosed the actual problem being that the fuel sensor failed and was dumping fuel into the engine and that the price will be higher as he didn't know that prior, but he called as soon as he knew and priced it, and didn't just drop that on me the next day when I got there, which I appreciated as that has happened to me before from other shops, and although it was expensive, I understand labor costs, parts and overhead, etc.

They communicated well and it's nice to know I have a qualified mechanic and a honest company.

I was ready to have it towed to Bens place, when a friend suggested someone he knows that does mobile repair.

I really appreciated that they took the time to explain and show me the problem instead of just getting me to throw my money away.
