Anyway, long story short, my parents needed some work done on their Honda CRV due to some idiot sideswiping it while parked on the street and of course drove off, so I recommended they come to Big E since they saw what great work they did on my old car. I went with my dad down there and Tom was excellent. He took care of everything for them and when they went to pick up their car, not only did it look brand new on the outside, they did a wonderful job cleaning the inside.

However, Brad helped me find a good chiropractor and gave me suggestions for finding a replacement car.
Everything is transparent with no surprises and even if there is an issue they make it right!
