As the driver of a special breed of vehicle, you require the expertise of factory-trained, experienced and certified technicians to look after it, which does not necessarily mean you have to resort to a dealership. Some shops will try to lure you in with very cheap services and deals that sound almost too good to be true, which they likely are. When it comes to the European car service industry, in many respects you get what you pay for, and while any legitimate Mercedes Benz and BMW shops will sometimes cost you more, the level of service they provide is well worth it.

They save me thousands, never advise for service I don’t need and are always watching my purse.
Went as far as telling me things that weren't as big of a deal as others and things that wouldn't be worth the money, instead of pushing the services on me.
He told me I didn’t need brakes yet and that I would get a warning light when needed.
Once I picked myself up off the floor the next day after their estimate I had her towed back home to Bill's European Autoworks since his estimate was 2X less.
They were able to find and fix the problem when other shops couldn't.
Good advice very friendly
Drove the car in next day and the shop went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, honest recommendation and estimate, and repaired the issue.
European auto repairs diagnosed the problem and auto was ready to go 2 days later and insurance warranty paid for it.
Bill is a straight shootrt I took my 2007 CLK 350 to him and he did some lifter work a common problem on these and car runs like new and said I should get 150k more out of a car I love.
