I will go back if I'm in the area again and need a key made.
The worked through about 3 or 4 iterations, consulted with each other for a little bit, and voila they came back to me with a finalized set of keys that worked the lock.
Also -- I goofed and forgot to tell him about 2 locks while he was here the first time, but I called and he came right back for them, and didn't even charge for the extra trip!
