Management is always who you see first and last, Caleb the GM always accommodating, and validating that you are extremely pleased with your vehicle and experience… Seems to interact with every customer that visits - he’s everywhere… Duncan and Ryan are the operators they make it happen from the time you arrive asking you if there are any special requests to the end asking as they inspect your vehicle if it is to your satisfaction!
They go above and beyond to make sure I am happy and address any issues if they come up.
They take care of the car and great service from the time you drop off to pick up the clean car.
Went to the Hamilton mill Location got my car Detail today it was perfect they had the in side of my car clean everything was good my wife told me to give you all second chance so I did I will be coming to this Location from here on out great job you guys keep up the go work
The provide a very good car wash and other auto cleaning services.
Basically the Job was rushed; After the detailing; I spent 15 minutes with the hand wash professionals showing obvious misses on the exterior, which they cleaned up (I did not nit pick these were obvious ones)
Great service as usual.
Also enjoy the snacks and fresh coffee when you wait in a very comfortable lounge area.
