What I appreciate most is the "little pile of broken parts and bits" Calagy includes with his explanation of repairs that have been done on my 1998 Ford F150 pick-up.
They do top-notch work for reasonable prices, and they are happy to answer questions, provide details about the work done, or warn you what might be needed in the future.
