They drove me home after I dropped my car off to them and then again came and picked me up to bring me back to their business so I could pick my car up when it was finished.
And what a difference from the bigger dealer owned collision centers.
The owner John Reis called me back (after I left a voicemail Geico will be coming out) and he let me know I wasn't even going to have to go with my own insurance as he took responsibility and repaired the truck for free without me knowing.
His out of pocket price was just as he quoted me when I picked up, not to mention my truck was clean and smelled great.
