When I met Will at Chappies Auto Service I thought I would give him a chance. I am very fortunate that I did. First, I can trust Will, evidence is when you pick your car up and the old parts are in the trunk of your car. To some this may seem odd but it tells me I actually got the factory oem parts I requested. Second, he is very fair in charging time to me and the quality checks my box. He treats others as he would wanted to be treated and treats my vehicles as if they were his. Chappies has serviced my own company service vans and my personal vehicles that my wife and kids ride in.

I just took my car there last week thinking the master cylinder went bad (clutch felt stiff) and they looked everything over, found a very minor explanation for it, and fixed it, changed my oil, and charged less than $100.
And just good ppl to deal with when it comes to keeping your car on the road.
Always get what I need and do work at fair price.
The feeling I got just thru our conversations made me feel that the rest of my experience was going to be excellent and I was right.
I will absolutely be bringing my vehicles to Chappies in the future for any work that needs done and highly recommend that all my friends and family do the same.
