Great service, always give good details on service needed or services that can wait.
The guys at Curts really helped me out right at closing time with a trailer that needed air and tires and nobody could assist including discount tires.
The friendly and super helpful people at Curt's have been servicing mine and my parents cars for years and they are amazing.
They seem to charge way more higher prices than most automotive shops.
Ethan at the front counter has been there a long time and he always keeps me informed on the progress, and the repair technicians consistently do great work under the hood.
I took it in on a thursday and they said they'd need it until Friday (no problem) I called them late Friday to get status and they said their was an issue with a part and would need it until Monday.
As a single parent of four children, and a guardian of my special needs uncle, having a vehicle is extremely vital to our family for all the necessary appts, school activities, and medical needs.
Very friendly and honest
Only reason not 5 stars is have had a couple minor issues with some of my appointments, but they've earned my business regardless!
