This was my first visit to Dakota K. Prior to this, my car was covered through dealership for my oil changes. I was familiar with Dakota K because of their Community involvement . Everyone was very friendly. They gave me a ride home until my car was ready. There was some sort expected issue with one of my tire valve covers. They took the extra step in finding the part they needed rather than going with a replacement that would have cost a lot of $$$ which I would not have anticipated. I appreciate their perseverance in finding it. This will be where I take my car in the future. Hard to find a place that has integrity and strives to make the customer happy. . I guess I saw proof of that with a full parking lot of service appointments the day I was there. Thanks Dakota K.
