They replaced a part that was causing emission recirculation issues, provided a detailed report of the condition of the entire vehicle and briefed me on upcoming maintenance items. Car was in and out of the shop same day. Great customer experience. Will be returning for future work as needed. Highly recommend. Shiori is superb and honest mechanic
Very fast repair and helpful customer service!
I feel very lucky that all the parts were available for my repair and I definitely intend to come back as things come up for my aging car.
In the end the careful work done by Dana’s mechanics solved the problem and saved us a lot of money.
What's surprising, and motivate me to write this review is that, they see my windshield washer containing has a hole, and just went ahead and fixed it for me.
We have four cars (2005-2022) running in too shape thanks to Dana, Jen and the crew.
We never needed much serious work, mostly routine maintenance, but the price was right and we always got our service done the same day.
