They did a fabulous job repairing the deep dent in my Subaru.
I would highly recommend speaking with Lee since he made my typically annoying dent experience much easier to deal with.
While I was waiting, Lee (owner) gave me great advice on how to sell my truck, a contact to possibly sell it, and diagnosed some problems I was having with another car I own.
I emailed Lee on a weekend about a bumper dent and asked if they could pull the dent on my way to work.
Lee went over the truck again to do his own estimate and immediately submit the claim to our insurance for an update.
The next day, while picking up the windshield from the supplier, he called me to ask if I'd like to upgrade to the highest quality windshield for an extra $20 (passing his cost onto me).
And they also fixed a big dent in my front bumper that would have costed me a lot more to go to Toyota to get it done as they would have told me they would only replace the bumper and not try to get the dent out for me.
First time to Dent Doctors and like going to any place new, I was worried about the quality of work and level of customer service.
Lee is very knowledgeable and walks you through everything he is going to do and makes sure he explains why he is doing it.
But his communication skills are next level, especially for someone who works in the car industry and leads a busy life.
