I went in last minute to see if my car was safe to drive up north before my vacation that weekend, he went out of his way to give me a diagnostic within 24 hours despite having a booked up schedule for a few weeks!
I would recommend paying in cash but debit/credit is $10 for every $100 spent however still very much a reasonable price out the door especially for an alternator on my 2018 Explorer.
Doesn't charge outrageous prices.
