I'd been having suspension/handling issues for months and even after new suspension put on, the problem still persisted. He and his team put my car up on the hoist and found mud caked up and into my tires, cleaned that all up, then took my car to Jeff at Trickle's for further analysis. While the insurance company's process was painful (took me 8 days to get the car towed there), Don & Sons was professional, PROMPT, and very courteous.
After getting a smaller dent in a parking lot accident, repairs were done to perfection, inside of the car detailed beautifully, and the car was done earlier than expected.
I was in an accident that was a bit complicated insurance wise (45% my fault, 55% the other party) and Don & Sons handled all the back end stuff with State Farm.
He and his team put my car up on the hoist and found mud caked up and into my tires, cleaned that all up, then took my car to Jeff at Trickle's for further analysis.
I have always appreciated their customer service and today it was exceptional.
Was in a crash nearby and the customer service here was fantastic as I sorted everything out between me, the shop, and insurance.
It's a load off my mind to have them taking care of my car because I know there is nothing to worry about when it's in their hands.
Because they communicate with me, they do the repairs like I am a family member meaning they want to do it right the first time , they offer a loaner car, and my car comes back detailed.
It is so nice to find a business that still practices excellent customer service!!
Just got our Tahoe back after someone had backed into it and it looks like it was driven right off the dealership parking lot!
