My technician came out and while it was drizzling outside had a key made in less than 20 minutes.
All done within 30 minutes and very nice man....

When Frank and another gentleman came they were not only super efficient and quick, but they were personable, took time to explain and answer my questions...

Wasn't pushy, but suggested that if I intend to use the car for longer, to come back and they would cut new keys to factory specifications to avoid any key-to-lock mishap.
