They even went above and beyond and dropped us back off at the hotel and when they called to tell me the van was done they even picked us up and brought me and my three children to the shop to get the van.
This place is great for WET, HOT, ADULT FUN.
When it turned out it was not fixable, they recommended to visit another repair shop which was right across the street because they didn't have a tire to replace mine.
Fast service and easy to deal with.
Definetly recommend these guys for anyone who finds themselves stranded and in a serious need for a reliable and trustworthy tow and/or repair
My clutch went out as I was rolling into Chattanooga and I called another transmission place and they were backed up and referred me to Down town automotive.
I drove my girlfriends car here from out of town for work and car her car would no longer start!
