Does his best to fit you in if he's busy (and he usually is).
He can be difficult to reach by phone but that's because he stays so busy, but it is well worth your trip to drop your car off at his humble little garage.
He gave me an estimate, fixed my car and charged me $20 less than what was the estimate.
