1-21-22/ Eric with Empty Pockets towing was the service that picked up my totaled vehicle for the insurance company. I did not call for his service, it was done through insurance company so I met Eric because of a stressful moment. My vehicle was totaled and he had to tow to insurance claim, so we met through a bad experience, but through conversation, I was impressed by his empathy and kindness and although I have never had to call a wrecker service, I asked Eric for his business card because if the need should arise, I will be calling Empty Pockets. He very much impressed me as being honest and sincere and I'm always looking to support those small business owners. Didn’t get the guys name but he drove a classic dodge was a professional and quick he had me back on the road in minutes.
