All of our lifts are in ground rotary lifts, Alignment machine by Ravaglioli of Italy for precise alignments and a BMW Next server system in house. This gives us full Diagnostic and Programming capability licensed by BMW.

Mckenzie and will have great customer service, richard however is knowledgeable on what he is doing but doesn't need to deal with the customers.
They replied very quickly and told me when to bring it in.
From their initial recommendation of an excellent/reasonable priced towing service (Fletchers Towing), quick repair of a complex BMW problem, calling/keeping me informed, fair price/service, easy to manage online billing services, off hours locker/key pickup - I am VERY pleased I took my BMW to Fairfield Imports
