Ron and his wife have gone above and beyond for me multiple times now.
Great Shop, Amazing staff, straight shooters and rightfully growing!
I'm a girl so I feel like it's very easy for any car shop to take advantage, however, Ron was just straight up and very honest and understands that his customers just wants to feel safe in any vehicle they drive.
I took my 2006 Mazda 6 to them with an exhaust issue after work and was concerned that they would be closing soon.
Ron got my wife and I in a pinch with a flat tire and helped us out without issue when I know his schedule was absolutely packed.
It was nice to finally deal with a business where the service was excellent and customer service was spot on which these days is very tough to find..
5 star automotive was the only place in Buffalo that was able to work on my mitsubishi and I'm extremely grateful for it.
Can I expect much more from an experience great place great service and they stand by their work
I highly recommend Five Star to my family and friends for any of their vehicle issues/repairs and even just for regular maintenance, so I certainly recommend them to everyone else!
