Our carriers carry primary insurance at no extra charge to you. This means that our transporters are responsible for any carrier-caused or equipment failure damage. With primary insurance, you will not have to claim on your personal auto insurance for any carrier-caused damage. All damage, without exception, must be noted at time of delivery. Your vehicle will be insured against in-transit damage by the transport truck that we assign. These trucks are required by Federal law, carry a minimum of $750,000 public liability insurance. In addition Fox Auto Transport requires that each independent contractor's insurance agency supply us with a certificate of insurance naming Fox Auto Transport as an Additional Insured or Certificate Holder.
