He actually answers his phone (which turns out to be a problem with some service people) and he was punctual for both appointments.
He was able to make it out to me at 1:00pm by 1:30 my box truck was fixed and back on the road (brand new starter installed).
I wore the pads down to the metal so the car was not safe even with new pads.
For someone who doesn’t know much about cars it’s great having a mechanic who I can trust and even better he comes to me!!
