Y'all know me, I'm Greg Grout. My almost 30 years of experience have been working in the automotive industry as a certified automotive technician here in Florence, KY. Starting in 1985, I spent the next 21 years working in a local dealership. After that, I spent 8 years as a technician/service manager for a family owned and operated business in Florence. Last year, I hung my own shingle by opening Grout Automotive on Industrial Road in Florence, KY. I'm looking forward to serving both new and familiar faces in the coming years.

They did exactly what they said they would do.
I was elated to get a call back that Grout had finished the job much more quickly than I had expected and the price was much lower than I had anticipated.
We had 3 things that needed to be replaced and we brought it in just hoping they could at least look at it since it was about 2:30 but they went above and beyond by not only checking it out but fitting us into a very busy schedule and got us back on the road THE SAME DAY!!!

Jake installed a new timing belt on my 2003 Honda and fixed it immediately after it overheated due to an "air bubble" in the cooling system (who knew?) I would strongly recommend them to anyone unwilling to pay dealer prices.
Never feel like I’m being overcharged for a service.
After talking with Grout they quoted less than Honda for the repairs (as did the other places I called), and said they wanted to look at my car prior to working on it to make sure Honda correctly diagnosed the issues.
