From the front desk to the team that turns wrenches and does the maintenence, I am impressed.
Although it sounded like they wouldn't be able to get my van fixed until the following day they worked continuously and had me back on the road that afternoon.
After hitting flying debris from a tractor trailer on 95 S and getting a tire blowout as I was driving through the state i called H&L and they ordered my tire asap and gave me the phone number for a great tow truck and recommended a nearby hotel and had us on the road again by 1pm the next day.
They always treat me right, dont over charge, and dont try and tell you everything in your car is broken.
Then we drove a mile to H&L and they put 3 new tires on our RV and got us back on the road in under an hour...
Howie and the crew took good care of my Mercedes and I was in & out in a timely manner
Very much appreciate that and I will definitely use H and L again if I have the need.
