I grew up in a family who owned an auto repair business (in Texas) and honesty was the number one priority next to quality of work.
This shop came recommended to me when I asked another shop to recommend a reliable auto mechanic as I had recently moved to Bellingham (that other shop doesn't work on cars as old as mine).
They communicated effectively with the previous shop, explaining the problems and sending the photos.
I am so happy to have a place I can trust, with people who are not trying to take advantage of me.
I depend on my work truck to run every day and when it does not run it is a big set-back to my day.
