No question I’ll not only continue to use him, but also recommend him to anyone who cares for their car’s detail.
On the last attempt to give this business a chance, there was a last minute cancellation due to lack of preparedness on their part ( not having enough or proper products for the job), so at this point, I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where customers are valued for the longevity of a business relationship, versus to get that initial rating for the business owner.
When I showed up to pick up the bike two days later, I was shocked at how much better this bike looked: the painted surfaces (tank, primarily, but everything) looked wet and plastic surfaces looked darker & had more contrast, so looked almost metal.
$25 over original quote but I missed our appointment and had him waiting for 30minutes before driving to him after work.
He loves what he does and it shows in his enthusiasm and attention to detail.
He not only did an impeccable job, but he came back to wash it free because it rained the next day!
It had minor scratches, spider webbing in the sun, and general things your would expect on a paint job that is over a decade old with no TLC.
