After having my Ford Focus for over 10 years it was time for an upgrade. I knew what I was looking for and we had shopped around at a few other dealerships. We came into Honda and my husband and I were greeted by the friendliest salesman, Basem “Michael” Yousef. I told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He wasn't only down to earth, but extremely helpful. When we found the vehicle we liked he brought its inside to see what he could make work for us. He was able to get us a phenomenal APR rate and made driving home in a new car as simple as possible. I feel compelled to write a review because of how easy & convenient the process was. And Michael's customer service was amazing! I'll definitely be recommending friends & family! Thanks Michael & Scott Robinson Honda!
