It would be generous to call me clueless when it comes to knowing anything regarding vehicles, so I took to Imperial Automotive for a standard oil change and tire rotation.
Luke is not interested in doing work that doesn't need to be done - He tried to save me money and called the Kia dealership because there was a service bulletin on the car.
He is like the nicest guy I’ve ever met at a auto car fixing place and he gave me my light for free but know that it was only one of my blinker that broke on my car so don’t go in expecting him to give you some free light repairs if you have multiple light broken on your car.
He was diligent in explaining everything he found throughout the process, regularly called me with situational updates, and showed me everything in detail when he was done.
In my opinion, Luke is the best mechanic in a 500 mile wide radius.
