There's many reasons why Independent Motors has such a great reputation!
The crew up front is really nice, and explained things to me very well.
I went in, and a wonderful young man named Brandon helped me - came out to my car and actually was able to futz with the latch and get the trunk POPPED but he confirmed what I suspected from the crunchy sound and feel of the mechanism: The latch couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced which included a whole pied of what I'd previously thought of as chrome trim which housed the latch mechanism.
I took my truck there to get my oil changed and this is the first place that I came to where they weren’t trying to sell me more than I came for.
The best!!!
Could not recommend more and will make any future cara I have there, do yourself a flavor and use these fine people.
We brought my husband's Ford Fusion here for new tires and they also got us a fabulous price on a new set of tires, which included a lifetime of rotations and repairs under warranty.
