The first time I've ever felt technicians were not pressuring me into paying for services I didn't need.
Unfortunately, I need to give this place 2 stars because of the way Sarah handled the whole situation and not feeling like they truly diagnosed the noise in my car.
They explained everything that needed to be done to my car and charged a reasonable price for it.
They were timely in getting in touch with me about things and flexible in providing text messages while I was at work.
Honest and trustworthy mechanics.
As always 5 stars plus from beginning to end - fantastic customer care and customer service- will never go anywhere else seriously
I had originally went in for just an oil change but, I wound up getting an inspection and a tire rotation after they reviewed my car.
I have brought 3 of my vehicles to Ironwood and have been extremely pleased with all aspects of repairs completed and services rendered, both behind the front counter and behind the wrenches.
The folks at Ironwood were extremely helpful and pleasant and the pricing was phenomenal.
Definitely coming back next time I need anything done.
