Julio was a true professional. Very courteous and we shared family conversation. I had called many tow companies in the local area in Santa Clarita in an Off Highway Vehicle area that my truck was stuck at off a fire road 3 miles in. AAA I found out doesn't cover towing anything that is on dirt ( I found this out after being stranded after dark for 3 hours with my 2 kids after doing a day of riding up at Rowher Flats). I then called 4 other tow companies and they didn't bother when I told them my situation. I had my wife off road and meet me and pick us up and then I proceeded to call the tow company at 4 AM in the morning and Julio was the one assigned to come and help me. It’s 11pm on a Thursday, no luck with other towings, J&L towing answered, came through in less than 20 min, ran a better diagnostic than me.
I needed a tow during the weekend and Julio was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout the whole process.
