JQ did not pressure me into any work, and based on the other issues agreed that maybe the best course of action would be to purchase a replacement vehicle.
They checked my oil (I mentioned I was going on a trip, but was due for a change), and removed the dead leaves under the hood (and noted that they typically clean that out during the oil change and why it's good to remove that stuff).
