I Took my car here to get a pre-purchase inspection done and I am very glad I did! Both the seller and I knew the condition of the car was very good but I wanted to have it looked at anyway, just to be safe. Ben and his fantastic mechanics did a compression test on the car and found one of the cylinders was bad (which me and the seller could not have known). Nothing else was seriously wrong with the car but this information really saved my wife and I from buying a troublesome car. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions thoroughly! !

So I cant speak to the quality of work at this shop, but I can speak to the professionalism and honesty and top-notch customer service.
We have taken multiple cars to Japanese Car Care and have had nothing but positive experiences.
Nice workers, congenial customer relations, pretty straightforward explanations.
They have never invented “problems” to get more money because I am a girl who is not educated in cars.
Glad to have found an honest shop that also specializes in Japanese cars and would work on mine (some have refused because of all the modifications).
Very friendly and communicative, couldn't duplicate the issue my car had been having but I very much appreciate them trying and not claiming false problems.
I wouldn't expect a short time-frame from any auto care clinic these COVID days, but Jason and his team simply made it happen.

Great service, great staff
After replying yes to his question about whether I do lots of short trips, he suggested a fuel additive, premium gas and some longer freeway drives to get the converter hot and clear it out.
