We had jaybird towing come and assist us with our electric car! Keith, one of the tow truck drivers was quick to get to us especially late at night, super down to earth, and very helpful in what we needed. It was extremely helpful because if he wasn't there to the rescue, we would have been out there for 5-6 hours easily. Our car died, and left us on the side of the highway late at night with an autistic child, given the fast response of Keith with jaybird towing, we were able to get out of the cold and back home around 12:30am instead of what would have been 3am.
