I was travelling through Lake in the Hills while on vacation. We live in North Carolina so when the flat tire occurred I was concerned. I looked up auto repair and was met with several choices. Unfortunately, JDs Auto was not my first call. After trying several numbers and recieving no answer at two shops, and a rude attitude at another big name shop, I called JDs. The results could not have been more different. A tow truck was dispatched immediately, and JD came personally to pick up myself, my wife, and our two sons so we wouldnt have to wait for a cab while our car was repaired. This minor repair was treated as anything but. We were made to feel like ours was the only problem in the world. The prices were fair and the work was performed correctly and quickly. Outstanding repair facility, fair and honest
Took my accord to JD for engine misfires on a recommendation from a friend after taking it to Mc Grath and getting a ridiculous quote.
No hidden fees, no unnecessary purchases, just great and honest service.
He does outstanding work for very reasonable prices.
He gave me his personal number to be able to send him videos of what was going on with my car and give me a rough estimate for what he thought was wrong.
We take all our cars to him if we have issues.
