I can't think of the old manager's name but he was so polite and helpful.

I have taken my car there on several times for a problem with my front passenger wheel to have the same problem if they would have just drove the car each time they would have felt that the wheel was doing the same thing i have all my paperwork i should have a new front end in fact that's what one of the gentlemen said, that i shouldn't have any more trouble but guess what i am having trouble with the front i think that my problem should be corrected by your company but not the same shop on south oats they obviously don't care anything about me or my car i may not be a mechanic but i no when something is not fixed right especially if i have brought it to you so many times and it's still doing the same thing that it was doing when i first brought it to them, don't take advantage of females it's not a good look for them or the company 😞😞

We discovered we had a nail in our tire while staying in Dothan on our way to Florida.

A worker of Jim Whaley tires told my wife to leave it at her place of work and said they would pick it up in the morning.

Had a flat tire on our travel trailer and they took care of it right away.
