When the "maintenance required" light flashed on my Honda CRV instrument panel, rather than calling the local Honda dealer I've used in the past to schedule servicing (the cost for which I feared could be very expensive), I contacted John's Auto as a AAA-approved auto repair shop. I was given an appointment the same day I called. It turned out to be nothing more than resetting the indicator, which should have been done at my last oil change. I was impressed by the speed at which the problem had been resolved at no expense to me. Although my car wasn't due an oil change, I went ahead and had them do it. It was quicker service and less expensive than I had found elsewhere. PLUS the staff was friendlier and very customer oriented. I'm pleased to say the least. THANKS again!

Got the car in quick and good communication.
They performed a thorough inspection to make me aware of possible problems, and replaced a u-joint, and got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner.
The GMC dealer said they couldn’t do warranty work until after the weekend possibly Monday or Tuesday, which being it was a Friday Morning meant I was going to have to sit waiting for at least 4 days before making the 13 hour drive.
