John's was able to get my car in for a transmission flush right away and beat Audi's pricing.
Fortunately, the assistant manager went up to me very respectful and considerate took me… with no appointment and helped me out a lot, did an oil change and even told me some other things they noticed with my car that they would be more than welcome to fix.
They went above and beyond in helping me get my truck back in shape.
Friendly, service-oriented, involved with and supports community outreach events, trustworthy.
They let me drop my car off after hours and by the next morning they already found out what was wrong with my car.
Dave made sure I was fully aware of what they needed to do to fix my car and made sure to answer any and all questions I had as well as keeping my parents informed on the procedures and costs of fixing things.
