Me & my son were given a ride home & back to shop when car was ready.
They are very helpful, communicative, and get the job done while doing it well.
I had taken to this shop to have several repairs fixed that were not done properly by a different shop and also found additional work that needed to be done through an extremely thorough inspection.
Good service, nice people, fair and reliable.
My kids also use them so now we are in the 2nd generation of family using JW Auto Care.

Everyone is friendly and helpful and always willing to address all our concerns.
At this point I provided both reports to Johnny, who immediately had me bring the car back and personally took charge, assigning two mechans to road test the car, double-checking the parts installed with NAPA, and putting the car on the rack and personally taking photos that he sent me.
It’s hard to find amazing customer service in the auto industry but JW exceeded every single expectation I had.
