As he went into detail about an auxiliary relay and a few other things, he talked to me like I understood what he was saying, and I did, and when I walked away knowing my options and what was going on with the car.

He also gave us a heads up that there was a small knocking coming from under the engine but couldn’t exactly pin point what the issue was, he kept the truck for an extra day to try to figure out what it was as we had a long hall back to KC through the Rockies.
