Been my mechanic for over 10 years, not scared to actually take time & Actually diagnose and fix, and always thorough, go over and beyond, came out to help me in -30 weather with wife and kids in car never seen such dedication from any mechanic.
Your review is not accurate as this was a completely different issue from what we worked on at Freightliner.
Our family company has 5 trucks and and the only service that matters is from KOT.
Aaron and Dustin have been amazing at getting men and fixed fast.
Took the time to talk through the issues with my truck, and obviously takes pride in their work.

I've been driving a truck 25+ years and it's hard to find a shop of KOT's caliber.
After I left with a load I had a problem with my clutch fork and so I called them and they drove to Oklahoma at night to save me, about 10 hours total of their time because both Aaron and Dustin came to fix it at the yard of a Kenworth dealer, if this isn't great labor warranty then I don't know what is.
I only wish I lived closer to their shop so I could utilize their customer service for all my truck's needs.
FYI, if they say that something needs to be fixed, take their advice and fix it the way they recommended rather than try to take shortcuts and delay repairs.
